Saturday, May 15, 2010 from 1:00-3:30 pm Jill will facilitate a kids' art critiquing and blogging workshop at LANCASTER MUSEUM OF ART, 135 N. Lime St, Lancaster, PA. Calling all kids ages 8-12. Did you ever think about writing about your love of art? Want to talk to artists about their work? Your thoughts could be featured in Lancaster Museum of Art's new Kid Blog for all to see. Echo Valley artist Carol Toner Shane will guide children through the exhibition. Jill will discuss writing about art and blogging. Children will write blogs to be posted on the LMA website. FREE! Tuesday, JUNE 15 and Wednesday, JUNE 23, 2010 from 1:00-3:30pm Jurying & KIds' Choice Award at LANCASTER MUSEUM OF ART, 135 N. Lime St, Lancaster, PA. For ages 8-12 years. Jill will teach participants to critique and judge artwork with the opportunity to make video blogs and vote for the Kids' Choice Award as part of the Community Art Exhibiltion. Monday, JULY 12, 2010 from 10:30-11:30 am Making Art With Your Whole Mind Youth Workshop at Lancaster Public Library, 125 North Duke Street, Lancaster, PA. Join us for an hour of playing with the senses. We will explore the connection that art and writing have with hearing, seeing, and touch.
