24" x 18" Latex and ceramic paint on canvas. This painting is a whimsical depiction of the Golden Gate bridge on a sunny afternoon. The painting is done on a black canvas with high-end interior paints originally intended for faux finishes in homes. The quality of the paint gives both texture and luster. I finish these paintings by buffing them with a tinted wax which adds to the dimensional quality while adding a soft, warm sheen.
